Past investments and results
Terry began investing in 2007, acquired his first US property in 2011, and went on to own and manage 47 single-family homes at peak. Two multifamily developments, long-term operations and strategic exits created the experience behind Latch Co.
Current holdings
Current work spans Minnesota, North Dakota, Florida and Texas—from owned and partnership-held real estate to operating businesses managed for the long term.
