Past investments and results
Terry began investing in 2007, acquired his first US property in 2011, and went on to own and manage 47 single-family homes at peak. The work included two multifamily developments, property operations and portfolio exits that made room for the next stage.
Current holdings
Current work spans Minnesota, North Dakota, Florida and Texas, across assets Terry owns, partnership-held property and family operations.
Terry-owned commercial property in Minnesota, alongside the Brooklyn Park multifamily property he continues to own and manage.
Partnership-owned properties in Fargo and Moorhead, each with four tenants.
